Refund Policy
Fourteen days, no questions asked.
Last updated September 22, 2026
Every tool TruJurniTech sells is a one-time purchase of a digital file. If it isn't right for you, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to ask for a full refund. You don't have to explain why.
Payments and refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for this store. Lemon Squeezy is the seller on your card statement, and the refund is issued by them, back to the payment method you used.
How to request a refund
Either route works, and both reach us:
- Reply to your Lemon Squeezy order confirmation email and ask for a refund, or
- Email services@trujurnitech.com with your order number and the name of the tool.
We usually acknowledge refund requests within two business days. Once approved, Lemon Squeezy issues the refund; how quickly it appears on your statement is up to your bank, and usually takes a few business days.
What happens to your license
A refund ends your license to the tool. Because the product is a file you have already downloaded, we can't retrieve it — so we ask you to delete your copy and stop using it.
After 14 days
The no-questions-asked window closes at 14 days. Write to us anyway if something is wrong: if the tool doesn't work as described on the product page, or won't open on a supported browser, we will fix it, and that commitment doesn't expire. Refunds outside the 14-day window are at our discretion and aren't guaranteed — but a defect is our problem to solve, whenever you find it.
Try before you buy
Some tools have a hosted demo running on sample data, linked from the product page. The demo runs the same version as the product, with saving disabled. If you're unsure whether a tool fits your work, use the demo first, or email us a question about your situation — we'd rather talk you out of a purchase than process a refund.
