Who we are
TruJurniTech LLC is a single-member limited liability company organized in the State of Florida, United States. You can reach us atservices@trujurnitech.com or through ourcontact page.
Who you are buying from
Purchases on this site are processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as the Merchant of Record. That means Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record for the transaction: they take the payment, calculate and remit any sales tax or VAT, issue your receipt, and appear on your card statement. TruJurniTech LLC is the author and licensor of the software itself.
Lemon Squeezy's own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment. Ours apply to the tool you receive.
What you are buying
Each product is a single, self-contained HTML file — one download, one price, no subscription. It runs in a standard desktop browser and needs no installation, no account, and no internet connection to do its work.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars on each product page. Tax, where it applies, is calculated by Lemon Squeezy at checkout based on your location.
Delivery
Delivery is immediate and electronic. After payment, Lemon Squeezy emails you an order confirmation containing your download link, and the same link is shown on the confirmation screen. There is nothing to ship and nothing to activate. If the email doesn't arrive, see the download help page or email us.
Your license, in plain language
The software is licensed, not sold. The full text travels inside every product file and is shown in the tool under its License control. The short version:
- You may
- Use the tool for your own work, including work you perform for clients or an employer. Install it on as many devices as you personally use. Modify your own copy. Keep and freely use any report, deck, or data you produce with it — your outputs are yours.
- You may not
- Share, resell, sublicense, publish, or distribute the file or a modified version of it. Remove or alter the copyright notice, license terms, or branding. Deploy it as a hosted or multi-user service. Use it to build a competing product.
- Team use
- A license covers one individual. For team, department, or enterprise licensing, email services@trujurnitech.com.
- Term
- Perpetual for the version you were delivered. Future versions are not included unless the product page says otherwise.

Refunds

What these tools are and are not
These tools provide decision support based on the information you enter. They are not legal, pricing, contracting, financial, accounting, or professional advice, and they do not replace the judgment of qualified professionals.
Outputs are estimates and analytical aids. You are responsible for verifying all inputs, assumptions, and results before relying on them in any bid, proposal, submission, or business decision.
Individual products have scope limits — the range of work they model well. Those limits are stated on the product page and inside the tool. Read them before buying.
Warranty and liability
The software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. TruJurniTech LLC does not warrant that a tool is error-free or fit for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TruJurniTech LLC's total liability arising from a tool is limited to the amount you paid for it. TruJurniTech LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost contracts, or lost business opportunities.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is the date of the last change. The terms in effect when you bought a tool are the terms that apply to that purchase.
